To take advantage of this great rate, we simply ask our members to help us serve them more effectively by utilizing the following services.

• Have at least one Direct Deposit of $500 or more each month
• Sign up for eStatements
• Perform at least two electronic payments each month
• Perform at least 12 point-of-sale, signature-based transactions each month (minimum purchase of $5 each)
• Maintain a positive balance throughout the month

* APY = Annual Percentage Yield. There are two different premium rates depending on your balance. Earn 3.00% APY on the portion of your balance $15,000 and below, and 0.50% APY on balances over $15,000. The following criteria must be met to receive this rate. A minimum direct deposit of $500 must be established within 45 days of opening the account, must be enrolled in online statements with a valid e-mail address, perform at least twelve (12) Point of Sale (POS) debit card transactions (must be at least $5 per transaction to count) and perform at least two electronic payments. The dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) may change every month as determined by our board of directors. Account balance must not fall below $0.00 (i.e., cannot have a negative balance) at any time during the month. If these criteria are not met each month, the account will function as a Free Checking Account, and no interest will be paid regardless of the amount of your account balance.

Membership is required to open a checking account; a savings account must be established with a minimum balance of $25. All new members must meet the Member Eligibility Requirements of USA One Credit Union which require tht individuals reside, work or worship within our approved field of membership or have a relative that is a USA One Credit Union Member.
