To become a member of USA One Credit Union simply print and fill out the Membership Application and mail it or bring it to one of our locations. You will also need a copy of your driver’s license and a secondary form of ID along with $25 initial deposit.

Acceptable secondary form of ID:

• Voters Registration Card (must match License/ State ID)
• Certified Birth Certificate
• U.S. Passport
• Military ID Card
• Alien registration card with current address
• Current Firearms ID Card

If the address on the primary ID is not your current address, a utility bill with your current address is required to open an account.
